Intercom job installed. Great communication, trustworthy, experienced team with generally good equipment. Thanks guys great customer experience. WiFi was a bit tricky to set up but now works, may be because it doesn’t work with 5G and my WIFI has 2x 2.4g and 5G. Only wish the Spanish Fervision model FVQ 640 v2 I got came with a full size screen (1 inch side wall to screen) and camera and picture quality not brilliant by today’s standards and a user manual not just an installation manual. The two wire system no doubt will limit picture quality. No big deal though works which is the main thing. Also a function to view camera anytime and open the gate on the screen would have been handy like on other models. Overall happy to finally have my intercom working again and to open my gate to a courier via my iPhone. ~ Mike R

As a home-based business owner, I thought it very important to get get my house secured with a quality alarm and camera system. Louis and the team made all efforts to ensure my property was inspected, mapped out, priced and installed efficiently within a very short amount of time! Louis was very informative about my options of packages and the installers were friendly, communicative and happy to listen to my queries on the day. They installed it within a few hours and left my house as tidy and clean as possible given how much drilling they did putting cables through walls and rooftop. My wife and I purchased a townhouse in Applecross. The original intercom (with connections to 2 internal systems, was still in place but not functional. I sought a number of quotes and ultimately went with Castle Security because of their knowledge, product options and no hard sell. It tok sometime to work through issues with my 2 neighbours with Castle Security offering a range of options. Ultimately I went on my own. Technician was great and some minor matters were easily resolved. We are extremely happy with our new intercom and the service provided by Castle Security and their contractors. It's not often that things turn out as smoothly as they did when I employed Castle Security to upgrade my home security. After I made my initial inquiry, Louis visited my home promptly. He discussed my needs, looked our place over and gave me his expert opinion. This was followed by his quote for the job. After I accepted the quote, Castle Security swung speedily into action and the job was completed with minimum delay. The two installers (Kien and Anh) were pleasant, highly proficient and absolutely efficient. They suggested improvements to the original plan and implemented the changes effortlessly. The whole job was completed quickly and I am impressed that it was so neat and professional. It was also a pleasure to deal with the office staff who answered my inquiries promptly. The hardware has proved to be excellent and I am able to monitor the system from ANYWHERE.
